You can return any returnable** product within 10 days form the date of delivery of the product.What is a returnable product?
Products that are NOT 1) used 2) washed / laundered or 3) damaged can be returned. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange. In particular, socks and undergarments (including vests and camisoles) are not eligible for returns if the customer has opened the original packaging or has tried the product. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, then we will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card that can be used on our store for a period of 1 year.How to return a product?
1. Email us at email@example.com or call us at +91 87799 25577 with 7 days of receiving the product.

3. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
4. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you the refund for your order. This will require 3 working days from completion of quality check.
5. If there is a size mismatch, we will first offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement provided, then a refund as mentioned above will be issued.
An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched, applicable only to non pre-order products. Orders with pre-order products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service for any subsequent order.
